Information you provide: When you submit an audit request, contact form, or email us directly, we collect the information you share, typically your name, email address, brand or company name, Amazon revenue range, and a description of your challenge.

Information collected automatically: When you visit our website, we may collect standard technical information including your IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages visited, and time spent on pages. This is typically collected through cookies and analytics tools (see Section 4 below).

Client account data: When you engage Seller Sage as an Amazon agency, you grant us access (through Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central permissions) to your account data for purposes of providing contracted services. We do not collect or store more of this data than necessary for service delivery.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and deliver requested audits
  • Provide and improve the services you’ve engaged us for
  • Communicate about your account, service updates, and strategic recommendations
  • Send occasional educational content (you can unsubscribe anytime)

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

Our services are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we’ll delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on the site.

10. Governing law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes relating to this Policy shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
