Our Story

We built the agency we wished we had.

Years of running Amazon P&Ls (doing PPC at midnight, refreshing listings between meetings, fighting with agencies who optimized for their own bonus structure instead of ours) left us with strong opinions about how an Amazon agency should operate.

When we started talking to other founders in the $500K–$20M range, the pattern was the same everywhere: enterprise agencies wouldn’t take them, low-cost shops burned them with ticket-based execution, and mid-market shops treated them as the junior AM’s 15th account. There was no agency built specifically for their stage.

So we built one. Transparent pricing. Month-to-month terms. A named US Strategy Lead who stays. TACoS and margin as the scoreboard. Every decision at Seller Sage comes back to the same question: would we want this done to our own business?

Kyle has been selling on Amazon since 2016. He still builds and operates multiple Amazon brands of his own, which means the playbook Seller Sage runs is what’s working in his own accounts this week, not theory pulled from a deck.

Alongside his own brands, he has consulted with sellers spanning early-stage startups to multi-billion-dollar global brands, with more than $100 million in tracked Amazon sales across the work.

Kyle leads strategy on every Seller Sage engagement, capped at seven brands at a time so the relationship stays close. He works from Redmond, WA.

A Strategy Lead who stays

Every account gets a named US Strategy Lead capped at ≤7 brands. If they leave within 24 months, we refund 3 months of fees. Brand Managers handle execution under the Strategy Lead and are capped at 4 brands each.

Founder-to-founder tone

We speak plainly. If your product is the problem, we’ll tell you. If your pricing is hurting margin, we’ll say so. You came for an operator, not a yes-person.
