Security & Access

Built for trust. Designed for Seller Central.

How Seller Sage protects your Amazon account, your data, and your brand. No credential sharing. No shared logins. No shortcuts.

🔐

Principle of least privilege

Every team member has the minimum Seller Central permissions required to do their specific job, nothing more. Your PPC specialist gets ad-manager permissions; your listing writer gets catalog-only. No blanket admin access.

🚫

No credential sharing, ever

We never ask for your Amazon login, password, or 2FA codes. Access is always granted through Seller Central’s native User Permissions, you invite our team by email, and each person has their own credentialed session. No shared inboxes, no password vaults.

🔑

MFA on everything

Every Seller Sage team member uses multi-factor authentication on their email, password manager, and every tool we access your account through. No exceptions. No opt-outs.

How we access your account

During onboarding, you invite each Seller Sage team member to your Seller Central account through Amazon’s native User Permissions panel. You assign each person a specific role with specific permissions (Advertising, Catalog, etc.). Every action is logged under their name. If we ever need additional permissions, we ask you first, we never expand our own scope.

When someone leaves our team, you revoke their access directly in Seller Central, we can’t silently retain access after a departure. Role-based access means there’s no master key or shared password that could survive a personnel change.

Data handling

We collect only the data required to deliver the Services in your agreement. We don’t export your full catalog, sales history, or customer data outside the tools required for reporting. Any data we do store (reporting snapshots, optimization notes) is kept in secured, access-controlled systems with MFA gates. Full detail: see our Privacy Policy.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality is built into every engagement. We will not publicly identify you as a client or share your performance data without explicit written consent. Our team signs an internal confidentiality agreement when they join; this obligation survives their departure. Full terms: Terms of Service §7.

Incident response

If we become aware of unauthorized access to your Amazon account or data related to it, we notify you within 24 hours, detail what we know, and work with you to revoke access and review the Seller Central activity log. No delay. No spin.
